Low-Glycemic Meals

Tasty and satisfying low-glycemic recipes. Most ingredients are low-glycemic. Sweeteners are minimal and restricted to natural sources of medium-glycemic sugar sources, like honey or maple syrup, and in small quantities. Unlike the paleo diet recipes, low-glycemic eating includes reasonable amounts of legumes and dairy.
